I hope no one else in our Limo community and beyond has to go through the nightmare I have with Randy Galbreath and Global Motor Coach going on now for 20 months.
I purchased a new Limo sprinter in January 2023 that he allegedly custom manufactured. It has had numerous issues since I bought it as indicated in the petition by clicking the link below.
Randy has refused to stand behind his product.
I gave him numerous opportunities to make it right before going legal and retaining an attorney.
In response Randy and Marty made many promises to make things right but never did.
As described in more detail in the petition below some of the major issues are:
The van has NO INSULATION at all. It has a defective Air conditioning system and design that was blowing half the air back into the back wall because the outflow vents weren’t sleeved to the evaporator, as well as no return air ducting so in hot temperatures the AC has no choice but to pull in 165 plus degree air from the rear interior roof ceiling which is bare black hot metal making it all but unusable in temps above 85-90 degrees.
The pictures and video here show the quality of the paint work, in addition the headliner was coming apart. The van had various electrical issues and stereo issues and an entirely inadequate seal job of the emergency exit hatch on the roof.
After seeing Billy Jinks' situation with Global Motor Coach he posted on Facebook on July 26th 2024 as I was putting this together to share with the limo community I saw a lot of similarities in his situation as I did mine. I could never recommend doing business with Randy Galbreath and Global Motor Coach based on my personal experience as well as reading the experiences of others.

DownloadNote no insulation on the sides, also COAX cable present, had to cut it to put the proper RCA cabling from the stereo to the replaced amplifier after the stereo failed. Note mess of wiring.
No insulation in the ceiling or sides, bare metal.
Headliner coming apart.
View from the outside window looking in.
Full view of the seal job on the top of my sprinter, I'm unable to wash the roof as the sealant is very messy and laid about over the back part of the van.
Front Spoiler already had pits in it after driving it back from Global Motor Coach.

Present Day.
Had to feed the icy breeze cooler with ice and block ice like a coal train.
Hoping that blowing cool air up to the evaporater that it might cool the sprinter Helped a little. Having to load the cooler on a 100 plus degree day with bags and bags of ice.
Front fiber optic wall delaminating from the wall near the partition.
My father helping me cut return air vent holes in my new sprinter van from Global Motor Coach, Summer of 2023 in sweltering hot shop.
Paint work on my new Global Motor Coach Sprinter drivers side running board, big paint run, trash in the paint and fingerprints, same on other side as well.
